presented a 50 year-old woman who wasn’t told about a cancerous lesion in her lungs until it had grown and spread to her lymph system. We defeated the doctor’s argument that the statute of limitations barred the claim by establishing that a doctor’s duty to warn is ongoing.
Failure to treat pre-natal distress - $1.3 million malpractice verdict We repres
ented a 29 year-old woman in an action against her OB/GYN after she delivered a stillborn baby. In court, we argued that the doctor did not appropriately respond to pre-natal distress. The jury agreed.
Surgical error - $880,000 malpractice recovery We repres
