HLF negotiates $127,000 settlement for slip and fall on snow

A woman slipped and fell on snow in a parking lot and broke her shin.  The snow she slipped on was on top of a piece of plastic that was sold by a store adjacent to the parking lot.  The store denied liability and refused to provide any insurance information.  We filed suit and negotiated a $127,000 settlement before trial.
