Attorney Bob Healey is the senior medical malpractice attorney for the Haymond Law Firm. Bob is an avid golfer. As a golfer, he is called upon to discipline his mind, to be at once aware of dozens of swing thoughts and muscle movements, while maintaining a calm focus on the objective at hand in each shot. It is this same process which is at the root of Bob's success in medical malpractice litigation. He scrutinizes each client's medical records with great attention to detail and retention of relevant issues, while never losing focus on the objective of obtaining the best results for each of them. Bob brings passion to his representation of our malpractice clients, and believes deeply in communicating with them clearly and respectfully to give them as much sense of control and knowledge about their case as possible.
What is it that makes Bob passionate about the practice of law? Bob says: "When people have been injured by medical negligence, they very often feel that their trust has been violated or shattered, and that they've lost control of their lives. Part of my job is to try to restore their ability to trust in others and help them regain a sense of having some control in their lives. I like people and it's important to me to be of help in whatever ways I can while serving as their lawyer."
