An Appropriate Escort to the Traveling Tribute
It was surprising to see how many bikes would show up on an early Wednesday afternoon to escort the replica of the Vietnam Memorial Wall. Organizers had hoped for enough to have each bike carry a name of those from Connecticut who had lost their lives in Vietnam. Some had planned to have some motorcycles carry two names, or even three, in case there weren't enough.
