A man was riding on his motorcycle to work when a vehicle in front of him turned left at an intersection just as the man was deciding to pass him on the left. The local police gave the motorcyclist a ticket and favored the driver because she was a local ambulance driver who was off duty at the time.
Despite the assistance of a private investigator there were no witnesses found. We went to court to fight the ticket against the motorcyclist and got the ticket dismissed. The motorcyclist fractured his leg in the accident.
