Fernando Gallo's* car was hit and forced off the road by a driver who'd lost control of his own vehicle. Mr. Gallo's injuries were extensive, resulting in two painful broken legs and other injuries. Mr. Gallo was not properly advised by his own insurance company and we were able to obtain more money because of their mistake. Ultimately the insurance company paid their entire policy plus an additional $50,000 which would never have been paid if we did not investigate and stand up for our clients rights.
