Success Stories:
Everyone said "It's not MY fault"... they all paid.

Jason Saunders was driving his pick-up truck when another vehicle traveling in the same direction suddenly veered into his lane. Saunders swerved to avoid the other vehicle, and as a result his truck slid onto its side and struck a telephone pole.

The other vehicle had swerved to avoid a plastic fence that had become loose from a nearby construction site. Oddly, neither vehicle came in contact with one another.

Jason suffered broken ribs and a fracture to his left forearm as well as tissue and muscle damage. We conducted a thorough investigation of the accident scene and concluded that the accident was caused by the negligence of the other driver, the construction company that had erected the fence in a defective manner and the owner of the property.

Not suprisingly each party denied responsibility and pointed the finger at someone else. We filed suit against all three parties and recovered damages from all three.
