Motorcycle accidents and injuries can be caused by a number of factors, including defective roadway designs, poor weather conditions, product defects (including prdefective tires or defective helmets), and the recklessness or negligence of other drivers.
Because motorcycles do not offer the physical protection that cars do, motorcycle riders are much more susceptible to injuries, such as traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), broken limbs, road rash, and other serious conditions. Tragically some motorcyclists fare much worse, losing their lives in motorcycle accidents. In New Hampshire and throughout the country, motorcycle laws are in place to prevent such injuries and deaths. Unfortunately, thousands of motorcycle accidents continue to occur each year.
