Attorney Jan Trendowski

Attorney Jan Trendowski has done personal injury work at other reputable firms, including his own for nearly three decades… He has tried over 120 jury trials to verdict and has represented clients in literally thousands of cases over his 30 years of practice. Aside from his jury trials, Attorney Trendowski has represented clients in countless other proceedings, including arbitrations, appeals, and administrative hearings. While many of his current cases involve personal injuries resulting from accidents and collisions, he has handled a variety of cases over the years, including medical malpractice claims, insurance disputes, and large construction losses. He is currently licensed to practice law both state and federal courts in Florida, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Attorney Trendowski is Civil Trial Board Certified by the Florida Bar. He currently restricts his practice to personal injury matters, both on the trial and appellate levels.

In addition to being an active member of the legal community, Jan has been the Legal Director for the National Bikers Against Animal Cruelty for over eight years. The B.A.A.C. is a wholly volunteer organization devoted to helping injured and abused animals of all kinds. With the assistance of B.A.A.C. and Brian Phelps of Toad’s Place in New Haven, Connecticut, he helped to organize the annual Woofstock fundraiser which pays veterinarian bills for injured animals all around the country.  He enjoys working in his garage and building motorcycle engines. He and his wife Liz reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with 6 rescue dogs aged 4 through 15.
