“Preparation is the key. We must prepare every case from the start to be trial-ready. In this way, we build a relationship with our clients, understand their stories, and go after the evidence we need to tell that story. When the defense sees the presentation, our clients are well-positioned to settle. If we cannot get a fair value, then we are ready to take the case to a jury.”

Sam is fortunate to have staff members that speak fluent Spanish.

“Storytelling is what drives me to help victims. Understanding how injuries change a client’s life and telling that story with them is the most important part of what I do. Each story is different, unique, and personal. As an attorney, telling the personal story of a client makes a difference not only in the results, but for our clients’ satisfaction.”
