Michael Casey
Attorney Michael Casey has been a lawyer for over 20 years after graduating magna cum laude as well as being an Honors Scholar and Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Connecticut.
Attorney Casey has tried over 30 trial cases to verdict. He also has the unique experience of having worked as an attorney for the insurance companies for many years. This experience has helped Michael as a personal injury attorney by giving him the knowledge of what needs to be said and proved in order to get a positive judgement or settlement for his clients. Michael knows insurance adjusters need a reason to justify extending an offer or increasing an offer. Michael knows how to explain why there is value in every client’s personal injury claim.
Attorney Casey will fight for the little guy, the person whose voice is not so easily heard. This, along with his experience and expertise in the law, gives his clients the best shot at getting the justice they deserve in a situation for which they had no fault, thereby recovering the maximum possible amount.
